All Guest Rooms are on the second floor, with three (Joy, Love & Peace) being rooms with private bath and the fourth – Hope – being a suite. A cleaning/storage area is also on this level as is the access stairs to the 3rd level.
At the back of the first level are the kitchen facilities and the main portion of the Owners Quarters. A pantry and laundry are also in this area. OQ on this level are comprised of a bedroom, the second parlor and an office area. Additional rooms are set up in both the lower level and the 3rd level, but could serve multiple purposes
In the back three separate outbuildings exist, the first being a seasonal retail store for the B&B. Behind that a storage structure houses equipment, supplies and recycling for the operation. An adjacent garage has been re-purposed to function as a woodworking shop, but could be converted back as desired (or an additional building constructed). All the buildings have full electrical.
